Have you tried to make positive changes in your life, only to not be able to stick to them? Chances are you're relying on will power.
 
Will power is a limited resouce. It runs out. So don't rely on it.
 
The key to sustained, lasting change is forming good habits. Habits are things you do automatically. They don't need will power. Thus they are easy to stick to.
